Yes. Small animals are permitted. Residents are responsible for the care of their pets, which must have updated vaccinations and annual physical exams. Cats must remain in individual suites; dogs are not permitted in common areas and must be leashed at all times when outside of a suite. Residents are responsible for placing animal waste in the garbage bins.
